How to Log Into your Desk Phone

You will be provided a log in from IT on your first day, if you do not know these details please contact the IT Helpdesk via this link to request them.

Enter your log in ID on the Keypad (e.g. 5842) and press “Set” highlighted in blue below.

Then enter your password (e.g. 1234) and press “OK” highlighted in green below.

If the information is correct it will log you in then display your name and extension number.
